1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU
First we come together and discuss what your needs and wants are and through this process we start building and personally framing your ideal event. In this process we check to see that all our boxes are ticked, all our forms are in place, bookings are arranged and start the journey on planning your unique ceremony.
2. LEGAL DOCUMENTATION & BOOKING
In preparing your wedding the most important paperwork is the Notice Of Intent to Marry. This form must be completed no less than one month prior to your wedding day. After this we work together to develop ideas, music, readings and the perfect choreography for your day. Over the course of several meetings you will have the chance to edit, design, and formalise your ceremony. This could include traditions or novelties; consider champagne popping, pets bringing the rings, butterfly or dove releases, candle lighting or tree planting. Your imagination is allowed to run wild.
3. THE BIG DAY!
Prior to the big day we make sure that all paperwork is accurate, completed, signed and ready to go. We will have finalised your ceremony and completed your rehearsals (if you choose to do so). In the lead up to the ceremony we will check that our timeline is smooth and that everything will run without a hitch. In arriving early, Cameron will check in with the groom, event organiser and welcome guests. Prior to the bride’s arrival we will make sure absolutely everything is in place for your perfect event.
